The first National Botanical Garden to be created in the new millenium, it contains the largest single span greenhouse in the world and is helping to conserve some of theworld,s rarest plants. There are fascinating collections of plants and varied garden situations and structures in which they are grown.
There are beautiful walks around the site which is magically enfolded by the surrounding hills.

Aberglasney Mansion and Gardens set in the beautiful Tywi valley have been magnificently restored and can offer a truly inspirational visit.There are about 10 acres of gardens, featuring unusual and fascinating plants in woodlands, a walled garden, a pool garden and many other unique experiences. Within the ruined central rooms and courtyard of the Mansion the ninfarium has been created, containing a collection of temperate and sub-tropical plants including orchids, palms and cycads.
